WORKSHOP FAQ

Our workshops are all performed in a COVID safe environment in our Daisy Hill Studio.

By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to the conditions in the FAQ below.

All classes require a minimum of 5 participants for the date to be booked and confirmed.

You can transfer your ticket to a friend for the same time slot, by communicating their details via phoning the store or email at info@unveilingpoppy.com.

If you need to cancel your spot or booking this must be done 72 hours prior to your class time in writing (e.g. email or SMS to store, not Social Media DM) to qualify for a full refund.

A class may be cancelled for a number of reasons including if the minimum number of participants is not met, if too many students cancel or if your instructor is no longer available. In the unfortunate event of a class cancellation you will be notified by the contact method you have specified (i.e. email and/or phone)

If UP cancels the class you will be notified and given instructions toward a full refund, credit or transfer to another class date. Please note this may happen as late as the day of a class.
