We have partnered with local couriers to provide local delivery. Orders placed before midday, on days the store is open, will be delivered same day. Deliveries are not made on Sundays though the store is open for Pickups. Special days (e.g. Mother's Day) may be an exception. Due to the nature of our product, long distance delivery is not available.
Delivery is made within approximately 25km of the store in Daisy Hill. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. For orders outside of this range contact the store for options.

Returns and exchanges
FLOWERS & PLANTS:
We do not accept any returns or offer refunds on natural living products like flowers and plants. All living products acquired by our purchasers are of high quality and are conditioned or cared for by our in store experts. This ensures a quality product for every customer. Please follow the care instructions supplied with your flowers for the best chance of longevity. Unveiling Poppy is not responsible for damage to flowers or plants due to customer care.
Plants are living things and have natural variations in size, colour and growth habit. Variations to healthy plants are normal.
HOMEWARES, GIFTWARE ETC:
Change of mind returns are not available. If your item is damaged please contact the store within two days of purchase to discuss and ensure you have proof of purchase. Products need to be in the same saleable condition as when purchased.
Our workshops are all performed in a COVID safe environment in our Daisy Hill Studio. By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to the conditions in the FAQ below.
All classes require a minimum of 5 participants for the date to be booked and confirmed.
You can transfer your ticket to a friend for the same time slot, by communicating their details via phoning the store or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to cancel your spot or booking this must be done 72 hours prior to your class time in writing (e.g. email or SMS to store, not Social Media DM) to qualify for a full refund.
A class may be cancelled for a number of reasons including if the minimum number of participants is not met, if too many students cancel or if your instructor is no longer available. In the unfortunate event of a class cancellation you will be notified by the contact method you have specified (i.e. email and/or phone)
If UP cancels the class you will be notified and given instructions toward a full refund, credit or transfer to another class date. Please note this may happen as late as the day of a class.
