Shipping policy

We have partnered with local Australian couriers to provide specialised delivery. Deliveries are not made on Sundays though the store is open for Pickups. Special days (e.g. Mother's Day) may be an exception. Due to the nature of our product, long distance delivery is not available.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery charges are dependant on distance and are automatically calculated via the Cart. Our goods require careful transport and the prices reflect the quality of delivery.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Delivery is available to most metro Southeast QLD locations. Addresses are validated via the Cart. For locations that do not automatically validate, please contact the store directly via phone.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Orders placed before midday, on days the store is open, are delivered that same day (excluding Sundays). Our drivers leave the shop between 12:00 and 12:30 — the later end of that window is usual when orders come in close to the midday cut-off. Most deliveries arrive by around 4:30pm, though a long run, heavy traffic or a busy day can push later. We can't guarantee a delivery time.

Specified future delivery dates are available. Select from the date picker provided in your store cart, or contact the store for more info.

Need it earlier? Ask us. We'll do what we can, but it isn't always possible and it may attract an express charge.

GETTING THE ADDRESS RIGHT

The sender is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address, including the correct suburb and postcode. Please check it before ordering.

An incorrect suburb can put a delivery many kilometres from where it was meant to go. That time and distance comes out of our driver's day, which is why redelivery costs are passed on when the address we were given was wrong.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

At checkout you can tick Authority to Leave, allowing us to leave the arrangement at the delivery address if nobody is there to receive it.

With Authority to Leave, we'll place it in the safest shaded spot available, out of direct sun, and the delivery is complete at that point. We can't take responsibility for flowers once they've been left.

Without Authority to Leave, we can't leave an arrangement unattended. If nobody is available to receive it, our redelivery process below applies.

IF THE ADDRESS APPEARS TO BE WRONG

This covers cases where the address doesn't exist or the street is right but the suburb is wrong; where the recipient no longer lives or works at the address; or where there is no building or business at the address.

Our driver will call you from the road to confirm the correct address. If the corrected address is close by and the rest of the run allows it, the driver may deliver it there and then at no extra charge — this is at the driver's discretion, and depends on the distance, the traffic and the other customers waiting on that run. If we can't reach you, the arrangement returns to the shop and we'll let you know why as soon as we can. Otherwise the arrangement returns to the shop for redelivery.

REDELIVERY

Redelivery is normally the next available delivery day.

A redelivery is charged as a new delivery at our standard rates for the corrected address, plus a $10 return-to-shop fee covering the trip back with an undelivered arrangement.

If you'd rather not wait: agree to the charges with our driver on the spot, the shop will call you to take payment, and we'll do our best to deliver the same day. This is at the driver's discretion and depends on the rest of the run.

COLLECTING FROM THE SHOP INSTEAD

If an arrangement has returned to the shop, you're welcome to collect it from us the next day or a following day at no extra charge.

The original delivery fee isn't refunded — the delivery was attempted and the trip was made.

FRESH FLOWERS

As set out in our Refund Policy, we can't refund fresh flowers once they've been made. Declining a redelivery fee doesn't produce a refund on a perishable arrangement.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
