TONI MAY RETURNS POLICY

• Please choose carefully. Goods sold are non-refundable and we do not offer exchange or refund for 'change of mind'.

 There is no exchange or refund on pierced earrings due to hygiene and safety reasons.

There is no refund or exchange on items purchased during sale periods or with a promo code. All sales are final. 

If you do require an exchange for any other reason, please reach out to our team by email within 14 days of purchase. Please keep your purchase receipt.

If you do purchase outside of a sale period and select the incorrect ring size we are happy to exchange this for you within 14 days of purchase where stock is available and provided the piece is unworn/used and returned in its original state and in it's original packaging. In the instance where stock is not available a credit note can be provided. We do ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you do require an exchange and ensure the piece is returned to us within the 21 days from purchase. 

Any exchange credits provided in the form of gift certificates have a 12 month validity on them from issue. If the credit is not used within 12 months it will expire and can not be reissued.

TONIMAY products are handmade with natural materials, therefore colours, level of oxidisation, stone inclusions, sizes of stones, embellishments and some core materials will vary from piece to piece. Their pieces may also show some small tool markings from their jewellers which add to the unique nature of each piece. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order info@unveilingpoppy.com and we will do what we can to remedy your concerns. 

Any repairs or replacements are handled by ToniMay and will be posted to ToniMay in Paddington, NSW. Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees. The item must be returned in the original ToniMay box and protective packaging and show no signs of wear or use.  Unveiling Poppy is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels. Shipping and handling fees paid on initial orders are non refundable.

Special Orders

If you require a different size ring or item of jewellery to what we have available in store, we can special order the size in for you provided that ToniMay has the stock available. The item must be pre paid in full for the special order to be placed with ToniMay. Once the item is received, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. We suggest checking your size on the ToniMay website before placing the order. Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees for any special orders posted by Unveiling Poppy on your behalf.

Warranty and Repairs

A 3 month warranty from date of purchase applies on the ToniMay core range. Within the warranty period ToniMay will cover the cost of repair due to manufacturing fault only, Toni May does not warrant against damage caused through incidental wear and tear, tarnishing or plating wear. If the piece shows signs of damage from something other than normal wear or shows signs of improper use/care, a repair fee will apply and the warranty will be void.

If you experience damage to your ToniMay jewellery outside of our warranty, we ask you to contact us at info@unveilingpoppy.com so that we can contact Toni May directly and ask for a quote for repair. We do not guarantee that all pieces are able to be repaired but we will do our best where possible.

ToniMay’s general repair fee for basic repairs is $35 and our re-plating fee for all pieces is $45. 

Please note that if another jeweller works on your ToniMay item within the warranty period (including repairs or resizing) or you attempt repair of a piece yourself this does void the warranty. Unveiling Poppy and Toni May does not take responsibility for any damage due to other work performed on a piece.

The warranty does not cover you for items that are lost or stolen. In this instance a refund or replacement under warranty is not possible.

The warranty does not cover silver or brass pieces that may tarnish or scratch, nor does our warranty cover Gold Plated pieces that may experience plating wear or fading. Please refer to our care and faqs page for details on how to care for your ToniMay piece and extend the life of your gold plated pieces.

The warranty does not cover damage to pieces or stones (scratches/chips/cracks) if a piece has been dropped. We recommend that you follow our care instructions on our Care and FAQS page to ensure your pieces are properly cared for.

Customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees. The item must be returned in the original protective packaging and well padded during transport. Unveiling Poppy is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels.
