Retail Florist

Unveiling Poppy is looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Florist to join our team. We’re searching for someone who loves flowers, loves people, and thrives in a creative, fast paced studio environment.

The Role

• Casual position.
• Approx. 45–60 hours per fortnight.
• Based in Daisy Hill.
• Includes a mix of retail floristry, customer service and wedding/event preparation.
• Includes weekend work.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in retail floristry and wedding/event floristry.
• Minimum 3 years floristry experience.
• Confident creating bouquets, arrangements and floral designs with attention to detail.
• Certification preferred.
• Friendly, warm and confident with customers.
• Reliable, organised and able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Own vehicle and current driver’s licence essential.
• A genuine passion for flowers, creativity and making people’s day.
• Bonus points if you have strong plant knowledge.

Customer Experience

Unveiling Poppy is looking for a lover of people and service to give our customers the full Unveiling Poppy experience. We’re searching for a Customer Experience Representative who is ready to join our team.

The Role

• Casual position.
• Approx. 30–50 hours per fortnight.
• Based in Daisy Hill.
• Includes a mix of customer service, retail sales and assisting studio florists.
• Includes weekend work.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in retail.
• Confident serving and liasing with customers in person, via phone and email.
• Friendly, warm and confident with people.
• Reliable, organised and able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Own vehicle and current driver’s licence essential.
• Able to problem solve and use initiative.

• Enjoy creating a positive experience and connecting with customers.
• Can work independently while also being part of a close knit team.
